We welcome International orders at SOLO. If you're buying from us from outside the UK, please take a moment to read our International policy:

Your Obligations

As an International Buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product or products you have ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SOLO, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Import Costs

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an International Shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Possible Delays

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from SOLO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees and the cost of returning the package to SOLO.


We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as name, address, contact numbers and product invoices to our international carriers. This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.
