We aim for perfection when supplying your products but if something doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back within 14 days, in saleable condition for exchange or refund.

Please note: This Returns Policy covers Consumer returns only. Wholesale/Commercial/Contract customers please refer to our Wholesale Terms for information regarding returns.

How to return an item

When you send an item back to us, there's a few of things we'll require to process it for you and get a replacement or refund issued:

  • Original invoice or order number.
  • Contact details including address and tel. number (if order invoice not supplied).
  • Reason for return.
  • All tags and/or packaging.
  • Item(s) securely packaged in protective packaging to ensure safe arrival with us.

When you have successfully packed your item(s) for return, simply send back to the following address via courier or Royal Mail, depending on your location or preference:

Reasons for return

Unwanted items:

In the case of unwanted items, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us for an exchange or refund. Unwanted items should be in unused, saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact and undamaged. We do not refund delivery costs for unwanted items.

Faulty/damaged items

If an item arrives and is defective in some way, make a note of the fault on your paperwork and send it back to us. We will examine the product when it arrives and notify you of any refund or exchange entitlement within a reasonable period of time.

Incorrect items

If an item is sent to you by mistake or part of your order is incorrect, simply send the item(s) back to us and we will exchange or refund in full.

Processing time

How long does a refund take?

If you return an item and request a refund, provided that the product is received in saleable condition within the 14 days return period, refunds normally take between 5 and 10 days to process. Payment will be returned via the payment method used on the original order.

How long does an exchange take?

If you return an item for exchange, provided the original item is returned in saleable condition within the 14 days return period, exchanges are normally made within 72 hours of receipt of returned items. It may take longer for you to receive your item due to transit times with our carriers. If the item you requested is out of stock we will advise you within 72 hours of receiving your return.

Consumer Cancellation rights

In addition to our returns policy, if buying for personal use and not as a company or organisation for commercial purposes, you can cancel your contract within the 'cooloing off' period which is 7 working days commencing one day after you receive your product(s). To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 7 day 'cooling off' period to:

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must ensure all products are sent back to us. You must ensure items are free from defects or damge when they are returned to us and that all packaging and tags are intact and undamaged. If you cancel the contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you for your products within 30 days following receipt of your cancellation notice.
