The following information sets out our costs and policies with regards to delivery of your products whether to UK, EU or Worldwide addresses.

Delivery Costs

We do not aim to profit from delivery charges on our website or from any of our branches. When ordering products for delivery we have to levy a small charge for our basic costs which include packing, dispatching and third party couriers/shipping services to ensure your items arrive in good time and order. Here's what we currently charge to send items to you:

UK Delivery:

Delivery to addresses within the UK, including Highlands and Islands is currently £5.80 plus VAT (£6.96 incl. VAT).

BFPO Delivery:

Delivery to BFPO addresses is charged at the standard UK rate, as above.

FREE Operational BFPO Delivery:

Delivery to Operational BFPO addresses is FREE.

Europe Delivery:

Delivery to European addresses is currently 50% of the order value. This covers our basic costs in packing and delivering your items securely and in a timely manner.

Worldwide Delivery

Deliveries to the rest of the World (countries outside the EU) is currently 55% of the total order value. This covers our basic costs for packing and shipping your items via our carriers, to ensure they arrive securely and speedily.


Certain items may ship by post and cannot be tracked once they have entered the postal system. All other shipments use carrier delivery for maximum security and tracking. If you would like an update on the status of your delivery, you can contact us for full information.

Shipping Terms


Orders may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion and receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of our obligation to send any item to you. When an order is accepted and an item or order is dispatched to you, we will deliver your products to the delivery address as shown on your order confirmation.

Title & Risk of loss

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products to the address stated in your Order Confirmation.

Delivery Times

We will use our reasonable endeavours to supply your products within 72 hours of the date of issue of your order confirmation. Estimated delivery times which are given at the time of placing an order are estimates only and do not equate to delivery times. Actual product delivery may take longer than 72 hours from the confirmation of your order and if your order includes items which are out of stock, yet to reach market or require custom design/manufacture, you agree that SOLO may take more than 72 hours to complete your order.

Missed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements for the receipt of your goods from our carriers. If an item is returned to us as a result of incorrect or missing information, or if our carrier returns a shipment due to non-delivery, you agree to pay the original cost for re-delivery of your products.

Faulty/damaged or incorrect items

If an item is sent incorrectly, arrives faulty or damaged you have the right to a replacement at no additional charge. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send a replacement for delivery at the nearest opportunity, in accordance with these terms.
