When using our website or buying from us, there are certain things we expect from you to ensure a successful relationship. We've put together these Terms to help you enjoy your visit and empower you to do business with confidence:

In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us” refers to SOLO Int Ltd.

Basis Of Sale

These terms shall set out the full agreement. No variation of these terms will be binding unless agreed in writing by us and attached hereto. You are subject to the terms and policies set out herein at the time of using the website or ordering from us.

Where goods are to be delivered in instalments, each instalment shall constitute an individual contract. Failure by us to deliver any instalment shall not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.

All specifications, descriptions, images and representations of weight, dimensions and performance issued by us are approximate only.

We reserve the right to withdraw any offer or special promotion without notice. In the event that you have placed an order under the conditions we have accepted, we will provide you with a full refund for any money received.

Your order represents an offer to purchase goods which is accepted by us when we issue an order confirmation in writing. By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. All orders are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or accept an order.

The price of goods shall be the price confirmed in writing by us at the time of ordering. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of accepting the correct pricing or being given a refund.

Payment Terms

Payment in full, including any applicable taxes and/or shipping costs is required before your goods are dispatched. If you fail to make full payment we reserve the right to cancel the contract.

Risk & Property

Risk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to you if to be delivered anywhere other than at our premises.

Transfer of ownership shall not pass to you until we have received full, cleared payment for the goods ordered.

Until such time as the transfer of ownership occurs and where you fail to pay for the goods, we shall be entitled, at any time, to require you to deliver the goods back to us. If you fail to do so we shall be entitled to seek a court order to enter any premises where the goods are stored and remove them.
